Transportation Code § 393.0025","heading":"MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY TO REGULATE SIGN PLACEMENT.","body":"(a) A person may not place a sign on the right-of-way of a road or highway maintained by a municipality unless the placement is authorized by the municipality.\n(b) This section does not apply to the right-of-way of a road or highway in the state highway system.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1393, Sec. 2, eff.
