Transportation Code § 395.001","heading":"APPLICATION OF SUBCHAPTER.","body":"(a) This subchapter applies only to:\n(1) the governing body of a toll road authority:\n(A) in which a county with a population of 3.3 million or more is located; or\n(B) that is adjacent to a county with a population of 3.3 million or more and in which a municipality with a population of more than 60,000 is located; and\n(2) an outdoor sign.\n(b) Chapter 393 does not apply to the placement of a sign to which this subchapter applies.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
