Transportation Code § 395.052","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this subchapter:\n(1) \"Business sign\" means a sign that contains the brand, trademark, name, or logo of a qualified business.\n(2) \"Motorist information panel\" means a rectangular panel placed on a highway that contains at least one business sign advertising a business available within a certain distance of that interchange.\n(3) \"Qualified business\" means a business that meets the requirements of rules adopted by the commissioners court of a county under this subchapter.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
