Transportation Code § 396.043","heading":"NOTICE OF HEARING.","body":"(a) The commissioners court shall:\n(1) post in a public place in the county courthouse a notice of the time, place, and general subject of the public hearing; and\n(2) publish the notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the county.\n(b) The notice must be:\n(1) posted for the 10 days preceding the date of the public hearing; and\n(2) published at least once a week for the three weeks preceding the week the public hearing is held.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
