Transportation Code § 396.045","heading":"PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates an ordinance adopted under this subchapter that defines an offense.\n(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $500.\n(c) Each day a violation continues is a separate offense.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
