Transportation Code § 397.002","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"Automotive wrecking and salvage yard\" means a lot or tract of land on which three or more abandoned, discarded, junked, wrecked, or worn-out automotive vehicles are kept for the purpose of dismantling or wrecking to extract parts, components, and accessories for use in an automotive repair or rebuilding business or for sale.\n(2) \"Person\" means an individual, corporation, or association.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
