Transportation Code § 431.066","heading":"EMPLOYEES AND CONSULTANTS.","body":"(a) A corporation may employ an administrative staff.\n(b) A corporation may retain legal, public relations, and engineering services required to develop a transportation facility or system.\n(c) Through its staff and retained consultants, a corporation may prepare an exhibit, right-of-way document, environmental report, schematic, or preliminary or final engineering plan necessary to develop a transportation facility or system.\n(d) A corporation may pay an employee or consultant from money donated to develop a transportation facility or system.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
