Transportation Code § 431.145","heading":"EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT.","body":"(a) Articles of amendment adopted by the board shall be executed by:\n(1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and\n(2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation.\n(b) Articles of amendment adopted by the commission shall be executed by:\n(1) the presiding officer of the commission; and\n(2) the secretary or clerk of the commission.\n(c) One of the officers signing the articles shall verify each of the articles of amendment.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
