Transportation Code § 431.152","heading":"EXECUTION AND VERIFICATION OF RESTATEMENT OF ARTICLES.","body":"(a) Originals of the restated articles of incorporation shall be executed by:\n(1) the president or vice-president of the corporation; and\n(2) the secretary or assistant secretary of the corporation.\n(b) One of the officers signing the restated articles shall verify each of the restated articles.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
