Transportation Code § 431.182","heading":"DISSOLUTION BY BOARD ON COMPLETION OF PURPOSE.","body":"The board, with the approval by written resolution of the commission, shall dissolve the corporation as provided by this subchapter if the board by resolution determines that:\n(1) the purposes for which the corporation was formed have been substantially fulfilled; and\n(2) all obligations of the corporation have been fully paid.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
