Transportation Code § 441.016","heading":"APPROVAL OF MULTIPLE GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES.","body":"(a) If road facilities constructed, acquired, or improved by a district are to be conveyed to more than one governmental entity, each governmental entity must:\n(1) approve the plans for the road facilities to be conveyed to it; and\n(2) issue an approval statement for those road facilities.\n(b) The procedures in this chapter relating to approval and conveyance of a road facility to a governmental entity apply to each governmental entity to which a road facility is to be conveyed.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
