Transportation Code § 441.020","heading":"FILING OF PRELIMINARY PLAN AND APPROVAL STATEMENT.","body":"(a) The petition must be accompanied by a copy of:\n(1) the preliminary plan for any road facility the district is to construct, acquire, and improve; and\n(2) each required approval statement.\n(b) The commission may not consider a petition or approve a district unless each required approval statement for the district is filed with the commission.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
