Transportation Code § 441.028","heading":"ADJUSTMENT OF BOUNDARIES.","body":"If the commission finds that not all of the real property proposed to be included in the district will be benefitted by the creation of the district, the commission shall:\n(1) make a finding on the lack of benefit;\n(2) exclude from the district real property that will not be benefitted by creation of the district; and\n(3) redefine the proposed district's boundaries according to the commission's changes.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
