Transportation Code § 452.055","heading":"CONTRACTS; GRANTS AND LOANS.","body":"(a) An authority may contract with any person.\n(b) An authority may accept a grant or loan from any person.\n(c) An authority may enter one or more agreements with any municipality included in the area of the authority for the distribution of the authority's revenues.\n(d) The terms of a contract between a regional authority and a subregional authority created by a contiguous municipality or between a regional authority and a joint subregional authority must be approved by the governing body of each municipality participating in the subregional or joint subregional authority.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
