Transportation Code § 452.112","heading":"ADVISORY COMMITTEES IN CERTAIN AUTHORITIES.","body":"(a) A subregional board created under Subchapter O that governs an authority consisting of one subregion may appoint one or more committees for any purpose for which a vote of the board is not required.\n(b) A committee may consist of members of the subregional board and members of the general public, but the number of public members on a committee may not exceed the number of members of the subregional board on the committee.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
