Transportation Code § 452.457","heading":"DELIVERY OF REPORT AND RESPONSE.","body":"An authority required by Section 452.454 to contract for a performance audit shall, before February 1 of the year after the fiscal year in which the performance audit is conducted, deliver a copy of each performance audit report and of the authority's response to the report to:\n(1) the governor;\n(2) the lieutenant governor;\n(3) the speaker of the house of representatives;\n(4) each member of the legislature whose district includes territory in the authority;\n(5) the state auditor;\n(6) the county judge of each county having territory in the authority; and\n(7) the presiding officer of the governing body of each municipality having territory in the authority.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
