Transportation Code § 452.504","heading":"OFFICERS.","body":"(a) The members of the executive committee shall elect from among its membership a presiding officer, assistant presiding officer, and secretary.\n(b) The executive committee may appoint, as necessary, members or nonmembers as assistant secretaries.\n(c) The secretary or assistant secretary shall:\n(1) keep permanent records of each proceeding and transaction of the authority; and\n(2) perform other duties assigned by the executive committee.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
