Transportation Code § 452.572","heading":"BOARD MEMBERSHIP; MUNICIPAL REPRESENTATION.","body":"(a) The subregional board is composed of 15 members appointed by the governing bodies of the municipalities in the subregional authority.\n(b) The governing body of a municipality entitled to appoint more than one board member may appoint a number of members less than the number allocated to the municipality.
