Transportation Code § 452.576","heading":"MAXIMUM MUNICIPAL MEMBERSHIP ENTITLEMENT; REALLOCATION.","body":"(a) A municipality may not make more than 65 percent of the appointments to the subregional board.\n(b) If the number of appointments to which a municipality would be entitled under Section 452.573 exceeds the limitation provided by Subsection (a), the excess is apportioned according to that section among the other municipalities in the subregion.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
