Transportation Code § 452.706","heading":"CONDUCT OF HEARING.","body":"(a) The entity or entities creating an authority shall conduct the public hearings on the creation.\n(b) Any person may appear at a hearing and offer evidence on:\n(1) the creation and boundaries of the authority;\n(2) the operation of a public transportation system;\n(3) the public utility and public interest served in the creation of an authority; or\n(4) other facts bearing on the creation of an authority.\n(c) A hearing may be continued until completed.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
