Transportation Code § 452.710","heading":"INTERIM SUBREGIONAL BOARD.","body":"(a) After the adoption of the resolution or order authorizing the appointment of the interim subregional board, the appointments shall be made.\n(b) The interim subregional board of a subregion that has no principal municipality with a population of more than 1.1 million according to the most recent federal decennial census is composed of 11 members appointed as provided by Section 452.562(b).\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
