Transportation Code § 460.053","heading":"RESOLUTION OR ORDER.","body":"After the hearing, the commissioners court may adopt a resolution or order:\n(1) designating the name of the authority;\n(2) stating that all land within the county shall be part of the authority; and\n(3) stating that the territory described in Subdivision (2) is subject to the authority based on the results of the confirmation election.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1186, Sec. 1, eff.
