Transportation Code § 460.104","heading":"POWER TO CONTRACT; GRANTS AND LOANS.","body":"(a) An authority may contract with any person.\n(b) An authority may accept a gift, grant, donation, or loan from any person.\n(c) An authority may enter into an agreement, including an interlocal agreement, with a transportation or transit entity, including a municipality, that is consistent with and beneficial to the service plan approved by the authority.\n(d) An authority may acquire rolling stock or other real or personal property under a contract or trust agreement, including a conditional sales contract, a lease, a lease-purchase agreement, or an equipment trust.\nAdded by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1186, Sec. 1, eff.
