Transportation Code § 463.304","heading":"CONDUCT OF HEARING.","body":"(a) The board of directors described by Section 463.301 creating an authority shall conduct public hearings on the creation.\n(b) Any person may appear at a hearing and offer evidence on:\n(1) the creation of the authority;\n(2) the operation of a public transportation system;\n(3) the public utility and public interest served in the creation of an authority; or\n(4) other facts bearing on the creation of an authority.\n(c) A hearing may be continued until completed.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 151 (H.B. 71), Sec. 1, eff.
