Transportation Code § 501.035","heading":"TITLE FOR FORMER MILITARY VEHICLE.","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other law, the department shall issue a title for a former military vehicle if all requirements for issuance of a title are met.\n(b) In this section, \"former military vehicle\" has the meaning assigned by Section 502.001.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.40(a), eff.
