Transportation Code § 503.008","heading":"FEES FOR LICENSE PLATES.","body":"(a) The fee for:\n(1) a dealer's license plate issued under Section 503.061 is $20 a year; and\n(2) a dealer's temporary license plate issued under Section 503.062 is $10.\n(b) The fee for a manufacturer's license plate is $40 a year.\n(c) The fee for an additional set of drive-a-way in-transit license plates is $5 a year.\n(d) A fee collected under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
