Transportation Code § 503.0671","heading":"UNAUTHORIZED USE OR DISTRIBUTION OF DEALER-ISSUED LICENSE PLATE.","body":"(a) A person may not operate in violation of this chapter or Chapter 502 a vehicle that displays a dealer-issued license plate or set of license plates.\n(b) A person may not sell or distribute a dealer-issued license plate or set of license plates or an item represented to be a dealer-issued license plate or set of license plates unless the person is a dealer issuing the license plate or set of license plates in connection with the sale of a vehicle.\nAdded by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 668 (H.B. 718), Sec. 22, eff.
