Transportation Code § 503.093","heading":"ACTION TO ENFORCE SUBCHAPTER.","body":"(a) The department or any interested person may bring an action, including an action for an injunction, to:\n(1) enforce a provision of Subchapter B; or\n(2) prohibit a person from operating in violation of the person's application for a general distinguishing number.\n(b) A plaintiff other than the department may recover the plaintiff's attorney's fees.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
