Transportation Code § 504.304","heading":"MEMBERS OF UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES AUXILIARIES.","body":"(a) The department shall issue specialty license plates for members of:\n(1) the United States Air Force Auxiliary, Civil Air Patrol;\n(2) the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary; and\n(3) the Marine Corps League or its auxiliary.\n(b) The license plates must include the words \"Texas Wing Civil Air Patrol,\" the words \"Coast Guard Auxiliary,\" or the emblem of the Marine Corps League and the words \"Marine Corps League,\" as applicable.\n(c) Repealed by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1166, Sec. 13, eff.
