The license plates must include:\n(1) the words \"U.S. Navy Submarine Service\" in red letters at the bottom of each plate; and\n(2) a depiction of the Submarine Warfare insignia on the left side of the plate.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 302 (S.B. 791), Sec. 1, eff.
