Transportation Code § 504.516","heading":"RENTAL TRAILER OR TRAVEL TRAILER FEE: TRAILER OR SEMITRAILER.","body":"(a) The department may issue specially designed license plates for rental trailers and travel trailers that include, as appropriate, the words \"rental trailer\" or \"travel trailer.\"\n(b) In this section:\n(1) \"Rental fleet\" means vehicles that are designated in the manner prescribed by the department as a rental fleet.\n(2) \"Rental trailer\" means a utility trailer.\n(3) \"Travel trailer\" has the meaning assigned by Section 501.002.\nAdded by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1296 (H.B. 2357), Sec. 202, eff.
