The department shall design the license plates.\n(b) After deduction of the department's administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of the YMCA account established by Section 7.025, Education Code, as added by Chapter 869, Acts of the 77th Legislature, Regular Session, 2001.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
