Transportation Code § 504.628","heading":"UNITED WE STAND LICENSE PLATES.","body":"(a) The department shall issue specialty license plates that include the words \"United We Stand\" and include only the colors red, white, blue, and black.\n(b) After deduction of the department's administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas mobility fund.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
