The department shall design the license plates in consultation with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in Houston.\n(b) After deduction of the department's administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of the be a blood donor account under Section 162.016, Health and Safety Code.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
