Transportation Code § 504.647","heading":"FIGHT TERRORISM LICENSE PLATES.","body":"(a) The department shall issue Fight Terrorism specialty license plates that include a pentagon-shaped border surrounding:\n(1) the date \"9-11-01\" with the likeness of the World Trade Center towers forming the \"11\";\n(2) the likeness of the United States flag; and\n(3) the words \"Fight Terrorism.\"\n(b) The fee shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles fund.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
