Transportation Code § 504.652","heading":"MASTER GARDENER LICENSE PLATES.","body":"(a) The department shall issue specialty license plates that include the seal of the Texas Master Gardener program of Texas Cooperative Extension.\n(b) After deduction of the department's administrative costs, the remainder of the fee for issuance of the license plates shall be deposited to the credit of an account in the general revenue fund. Money in the account may be used only by Texas A\u0026M AgriLife Extension for graduate student assistantships within the Texas Master Gardener program and to support Texas A\u0026M AgriLife Extension's activities related to the Texas Master Gardener program.\nAdded by Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 1320, Sec. 6, eff.
