Transportation Code § 520.0061","heading":"CONTRACTS BETWEEN COUNTIES.","body":"(a) A county tax assessor-collector, with approval of the commissioners court of the county by order, may enter into an agreement with one or more counties to perform mail-in or online registration or titling duties.\n(b) A contract entered into under Subsection (a) may be terminated by a county that is a party to the contract.\nAdded by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1135 (H.B. 2741), Sec. 89, eff.
