Transportation Code § 521.014","heading":"TEXAS 1836 PROJECT PAMPHLET.","body":"(a) The department shall provide the pamphlet described by Section 451.005, Government Code, to persons who receive a driver's license:\n(1) after applying under Section 521.144; or\n(2) with an expiration provided by Section 521.271(a-2) or (a-3).\n(b) The department shall make the pamphlet described by Section 451.005, Government Code, available to the public on the department's Internet website.\nAdded by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 818 (H.B. 2497), Sec. 2, eff.
