Transportation Code § 521.253","heading":"CRIMINAL OFFENSE; PENALTY.","body":"(a) A person who holds an occupational driver's license commits an offense if the person:\n(1) operates a motor vehicle in violation of a restriction imposed on the license; or\n(2) fails to have in the person's possession a certified copy of the court order as required under Section 521.250.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class B misdemeanor.\n(c) On conviction of an offense under this section, the convicting court shall:\n(1) issue an order revoking the occupational driver's license; and\n(2) deliver the revocation order to the person, the court that issued the order granting the occupational driver's license, and the department.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
