Transportation Code § 521.312","heading":"PERIOD OF SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION; REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE.","body":"(a) Revocation of a license is for an indefinite period.\n(b) Except as provided by Subsection (c) or Subchapter O, the department may not suspend a license for a period that exceeds one year.\n(c) The department may not reinstate a license revoked under Section 521.294(5) until the court that filed the report for which the license was revoked files an additional report on final disposition of the case.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
