Transportation Code § 521.313","heading":"REINSTATEMENT AND REISSUANCE; FEE.","body":"(a) A license suspended or revoked under this subchapter may not be reinstated or another license issued to the person until the person pays the department a fee of $100 in addition to any other fee required by law.\n(b) The payment of a reinstatement fee is not required if a suspension or revocation under this subchapter is:\n(1) rescinded by the department; or\n(2) not sustained by a presiding officer or a court.\n(c) Each fee collected under this section shall be deposited to the credit of the Texas mobility fund.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 1117, Sec. 1, eff.
