Transportation Code § 521.3452","heading":"PROCEDURE IN CASES INVOLVING MINORS.","body":"(a) A court shall report to the department a person charged with a traffic offense under this chapter who does not appear before the court as required by law.\n(b) In addition to any other action or remedy provided by law, the department may deny renewal of the person's driver's license under Section 521.317 or Chapter 706.\n(c) The court shall also report to the department on final disposition of the case.\nAdded by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 949 (H.B. 1575), Sec. 49, eff.
