Transportation Code § 521.422","heading":"PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION CERTIFICATE FEE.","body":"(a) The fee for a personal identification certificate is:\n(1) $15 for a person under 60 years of age;\n(2) $5 for a person 60 years of age or older; and\n(3) $20 for a person subject to the registration requirements under Chapter 62, Code of Criminal Procedure.\n(b) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 614 (H.B. 3798), Sec. 8(4), eff.
