Transportation Code § 521.455","heading":"USE OF ILLEGAL LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person intentionally or knowingly uses a driver's license or certificate obtained in violation of Section 521.451 or 521.454 to harm or defraud another.\n(b) An offense under this section is a Class A misdemeanor.\n(c) If conduct constituting an offense under this section also constitutes an offense under another law, the actor may be prosecuted under this section, the other law, or both.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
