Transportation Code § 522.026","heading":"LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF DRIVER'S LICENSES; OFFENSE.","body":"(a) A person commits an offense if the person drives a commercial motor vehicle and has more than one driver's license.\n(b) It is an affirmative defense to prosecution of an offense under this section that the offense occurred during the 10-day period beginning on the date the person was issued a driver's license.\n(c) An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
