Transportation Code § 54.153","heading":"AUTHORITY TO ISSUE REVENUE REFUNDING OBLIGATIONS.","body":"The governing body of a municipality or a board, under the procedures provided by this chapter, may issue obligations payable from revenue to refund outstanding obligations payable from revenue, including original or refunding obligations:\n(1) issued under this chapter;\n(2) issued for a purpose described by Section 54.003; or\n(3) payable from the revenue of a port improvement or facility.\nAdded by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 227, Sec. 20, eff.
