Transportation Code § 543.111","heading":"REGULATION BY CERTAIN STATE AGENCIES.","body":"(a) The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation shall enter into a memorandum of understanding with the Texas Department of Insurance for the interagency development of a curriculum for driving safety courses.\n(b) The Texas Commission of Licensing and Regulation and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, as appropriate, shall:\n(1) adopt and administer comprehensive rules governing driving safety courses; and\n(2) investigate options to develop and implement procedures to electronically transmit information pertaining to driving safety courses to municipal and justice courts.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
