Transportation Code § 543.116","heading":"DELIVERY OF UNIFORM CERTIFICATE OF COURSE COMPLETION.","body":"(a) A driving safety course provider shall mail an issued uniform certificate of course completion to a person who successfully completes the course.\n(b) The certificate must be mailed not later than the 15th working day after the date a person successfully completes the course.\nAdded by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 30.106(g), eff.
