Transportation Code § 545.001","heading":"DEFINITIONS.","body":"In this chapter:\n(1) \"On-track equipment\" means any car, rolling stock, equipment, or other device that, alone or coupled to another device, is operated on a railroad track.\n(2) \"Pass\" or \"passing\" used in reference to a vehicle means:\n(A) to:\n(i) overtake and proceed past another vehicle moving in the same direction as the passing vehicle; and\n(ii) return to the original lane of travel; or\n(B) to attempt the maneuver described by Paragraph (A).\n(3) \"School bus\" includes a multifunction school activity bus.\nActs 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 165, Sec. 1, eff.
