Transportation Code § 545.364","heading":"SPEED LIMIT SIGNS AFTER CONSTRUCTION OR MAINTENANCE WORK ZONE.","body":"(a) In this section, \"construction or maintenance work zone\" has the meaning assigned by Section 472.022.\n(b) An entity that sets a lower speed limit on a road or highway in the state highway system for a construction or maintenance work zone shall place or require to be placed a sign at the end of the zone that indicates the speed limit after the zone ends.\nAdded by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 154 (H.B. 339), Sec. 1, eff.
